Data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, email address, organisation, type of inquiry and the content of your message.
No other personal data is collected while simply browsing the website: no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to handle and respond to your inquiry. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us (Article 6.1.f GDPR) and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1.b).
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to the NAOX Technologies teams concerned by your inquiry. It passes through our technical service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting and form anti-spam protection), Brevo (email delivery), a French company whose servers are located in the European Union, and Google (Google Workspace, our email hosting, where your messages are received).
Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, then for a maximum of twelve months after our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship begins in the meantime.
Transfers outside the European Union
Hosting the website with Cloudflare and our email with Google may involve transferring data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected].
You may also set instructions regarding the storage, erasure and communication of your data after your death.
